TMVOA Parking Lottery

Dear Mountain Village Merchants and Lodgers,

You may have noticed some activity on the vacant lot (161 CR) adjacent to the gondola plaza in the Mountain Village Core. A stairway has recently been constructed through the rock wall between the gondola plaza and the soon to be private and permitted parking on the vacant lot.

TMVOA applied for a conditional use permit for temporary parking on this lot, and we are currently finalizing a few remaining requirements. In the meantime, TMVOA is holding a lottery for businesses that reside in the Village Center Subarea that have a valid MV business license and are interested in leasing a parking stall on the lot.

At this time, we are reaching out to businesses to get a full understanding of the demand for the limited number of parking stalls and to officially compile a list of those interested in entering the lottery. During the next two weeks, TMVOA will be sending out a variety of communications to ensure as many businesses as possible are aware of this parking program and all have an equal opportunity to participate in the lottery.

Below is important information about the process and instructions to participate.

Eligibility & General Information
~Businesses in the MV Core (must have a valid business license) are eligible to participate
~Only a business will be allowed to participate, not an individual employee of a business
~TSG businesses are NOT eligible for this parking program
~Cost of permit will be $350 annually (subject to annual escalation and adjustment)
~The number of available parking stalls are yet to be determined
