TMVOA Election Notice - Commercial Class
Dear TMVOA Commercial Class Member:
Please note that you will not receive a ballot this year, as there is no election for the TMVOA Commercial Class Board seat. The position, which was vacant, was appointed by the TMVOA Board of Directors as per the Bylaws at yesterday's Board of Directors meeting. The Board appointed Sean Stogner, senior manager of multiple retail locations in Mountain Village and Telluride, to fill the vacancy. Mr. Stogner will serve the remainder of the commercial term through December 2020. The next commercial seat election will take place at the end of 2020 for the 2021-2022 term.
We hope to see you at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Mountain Village Town Hall, 455 Mountain Village Boulevard, Mountain Village, Colorado. If you would like to appoint someone to speak on your behalf, please submit your Proxy (link below) to TMVOA by no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, December 13, 2019.
