Hello Telluride Mountain Village Lodging Members -
Telluride Reserve Mountain Village Food & Wine Celebration is preparing to launch credential sales. On the Telluride Reserve website, there will be a STAY section devoted to Mountain Village lodging members supporting the event. Please review the information below and respond with your materials by February 14, 2019.
Property description. Your property will be described on the site in two paragraphs with a link to your property booking site. We need from you by end-of-day, February 14:
· One (1) high res eps file of your property logo
· One (1) illustrative image of the property in a high res eps file
· Link to your reservation booking site
Room block. August is high season, we request that TMVOA member properties commit to holding a block of rooms for Telluride Reserve guests. Please advise of your availability to hold a block, the number in the block, end date of hold and any additional room block information.
Early access. Telluride Reserve will offer TMVOA member properties the opportunity to provide early access to their guests to purchase credentials to the event. Telluride Reserve is limited to 500 total guests. This early access can be offered to your guests, via password, weeks prior to public availability.
Marketing membership opportunities. Telluride Reserve is currently discussing marketing opportunities tailored to the objectives and interests of those businesses interested in reaching the Telluride Reserve audience. These opportunities are offered with a range of marketing benefits and price points.
Accommodations for Telluride Reserve talent. Marketing benefits and preferred website placement is available to properties that can offer Telluride Reserve accommodations in-kind for chefs, winemakers, authors and other culinary professionals participating in Telluride Reserve. Please advise of your availability to offer in-kind rooms to the event and the number available.
