TMVOA currently owns land in Ilium (approx. 6 miles from the MV entrance) that is intended for affordable housing, and we are evaluating possible development opportunities. This development would include a total of 13 units, consisting of four 3-bedrooms and nine 2-bedrooms. TMVOA would like to gauge the interest level of Mountain Village businesses in master leasing one or more of these units for sub-leasing to their employee(s).
