TMVOA Meetings this Month
This month TMVOA will be holding two public meetings:
1/14 (Thurs): Governing Documents Board Committee. This committee will review with legal counsel TMVOA’s governing documents to ensure they are consistent with current Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). The committee will make recommendations to the full TMVOA Board of any amendments that may be necessary to bring TMVOA’s governing documents into full compliance with state and federal laws. The following 3 TMVOA board members are serving on this committee:
Jim Royer – Class A Residential
John Volponi – Class B Lodging
Jeff Proteau – Class D Mountain Special
The committee will have an executive session beginning at 3pm, with the public open session scheduled to begin at 3:45. You may join the meeting via zoom or by phone.

Agenda
1/19 (Tues): TMVOA Board meeting. This is a regular scheduled Board meeting on Jan 19 (Tues) at 3pm. During this meeting, the Board will finalize the full meeting schedule and key dates for 2021 and will conduct other general business. An agenda will be posted later this week.
