Special Board Meeting. There will be a Special Board Meeting held on Monday (2/8) at 1pm. The meeting is in furtherance of the Board’s commitment to a review of TMVOA’s Governing Documents, the formation of the Governing Documents Board Committee and a transparent process in which members can participate. Members can join the meeting via web-conferencing and/or phone (see info below).

Some of the agenda items the Board will cover include:

– Election update
– Review of the formation and objectives of Governing Documents Board Committee
– Eligibility to vote in election
– Board Discussion & Member Comments
