Seeking Member to Serve on Governing Documents Review Committee
The deadline for TMVOA members to submit a letter of interest to serve on the Governing Documents Review Committee is this Friday, Mar 5 at 5 pm MST. If you are a TMVOA member and would like to be considered for the Member-at-Large seat on this Committee, please email stating your interest in serving and a brief bio for consideration.

The purpose of this committee is to work with TMVOA staff and legal council to review TMVOA’s governing documents to ensure they are in compliance with current state and federal regulations. The committee will also make recommendations to the Board with regards to any amendments to the governing documents that may be necessary in order to bring TMVOA’s Governing Documents into full compliance with state and federal laws.

This Committee shall consist of 5 members as follows:

3 TMVOA Directors: Jim Royer (Residential – Class A), John Volponi (Lodging – Class B) and Jeff Proteau (Special Mountain – Class D).

1 Town of Mountain Village Councilperson: Peter Duprey

1 Member-at-Large: To be appointed by the 3 TMVOA Directors
