Lodge Assessment Decrease
Last week (11/30/20) the TMVOA Board of Directors held a Special Board Meeting that included discussion of the 2020 and 2021 assessment rates for the Lodge Unit Designation. The Board considered feedback received from Lodge owners regarding the increase in the assessment rate for 2020 and after consideration the Board voted unanimously to decrease the annual assessment for the Lodge Unit Designation to $169.50 for both the current year (2020) and next year (2021). The revised rates are published in the TMVOA 2021 Approved Budget (see schedule B).

Each owner will receive a credit on their account for any payment made above the revised lowered rate to apply towards their 2021 assessments. If instead a refund check is preferred, please contact . Please be patient with our Accounting department as we anticipate these changes may take up to two months to process.
