Gondola, TMVOA Election, Holiday Prelude, Annual Members Meeting & Social

Gondola – Scheduled Maintenance this Thursday
Tomorrow, Thursday (12/14), the gondola running between Mountain Village and San Sophia Station (mid-station) will be closed for scheduled maintenance. This section will resume regular operating hours Friday (12/15) at 6:30 a.m.

The line running between Telluride and San Sophia Station will remain open during regular operating hours for skier access.

To support travel between the two towns, buses will run approximately every 20 minutes. Pick-up and drop-off locations include: Oak Street Gondola Plaza, San Miguel County Courthouse, Mountain Village Town Hall and Blue Mesa.

The TMVOA election for one residential seat is in full swing, with the election closing this Friday (12/15). Please take a moment to cast your electronic ballot.

Holiday Prelude – Join the Celebration
Mountain Village is being transformed again into the North Pole for this year’s Holiday Prelude celebration this Saturday and Sunday (12/16-17). The celebration includes: Holiday Movies, Train Rides, Santa and his workshop, Live Reindeer, Ice Skating and children’s holiday surprises around every corner.

Holiday Prelude is a collaborative effort between TMVOA, Town of Mountain Village, TSG, and local merchants to transform Mountain Village into the regional destination for holiday fun and activities.

Event Schedule

Annual Members Meeting & Social – Dec 27
The TMVOA Annual Members meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 27th from 4-6 pm at the Telluride Conference Center. The meeting will be comprised of election results, the Annual State of the Association, a brief Board of Directors Meeting to determine 2018 Board seat appointments and a Member Social with appetizers and drinks.
