Director of Capital Projects

Description: The Director of Capital Projects leads and supports TMVOA’s major capital investments, reporting directly to the President & CEO. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from planning through construction, managing budgets and contracts, navigating public approvals, and representing TMVOA in strategic partnerships. The position requires 8–10+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated success delivering projects valued at $20 million or more, and strong financial, communication, and leadership skills. Based entirely on-site in Mountain Village, Colorado, the role offers a salary of $145,000–$170,000, plus bonus and relocation eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
