REPORTS TO: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
DESCRIPTION: The Controller is responsible for all areas relating to accounting and finance functions, including overseeing all accounting functions performed by Telluride Mountain Village Owners Association(TMVOA’s) outside accounting contractor. The position is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks including financial reporting, year-end audit and tax preparation and budget and forecast activities. The position is responsible for maintaining accounting procedures and ensuring accurate financial statements. The controller is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, updating and ensuring all property and owner records are accurate and updated in a timely manner. The controller is also responsible for supporting the COO with various TMVOA projects and initiatives.
