The amendments will be submitted to a vote of the Members in late June. If Members vote to approve the amendments, annual assessments will be eliminated, and the Board will need to follow a process to implement any assessments at a future date.
PRIMARY ITEMS TO BE AMENDED:
- Voting will be by “Site” (parcel of real property) rather than by density
- Each Site is allocated one vote (except commercial class, which is by square footage)
- All Sites owned by TSG or TSG affiliates are moved into Class D
- TSG will not have any votes in Class A (Residential), Class B (Lodging) or Class C (Commercial)
- Sites owned by the Town of Mountain Village will not pay assessments and will not be allocated any votes.
- Future amendments to the Declaration, Articles and Bylaws will require the affirmative vote of each of Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D.
