The Town Hall Subarea Redevelopment

AECOM has supported Mountain Village planning efforts since 2016, including Town Hall Subarea, gondola replacement planning, and related mobility improvement

Initial community engagement (2016–2017) focused on:

  • Enhancing entry/arrival experience at Town Hall.
  • Improving parking flow and pedestrian safety.
  • Expanding workforce housing, enhancing Elk Pond, and upgrading landscaping/trails.
  • Exploring a community center building and improved transit circulation.

Several recommendations from the 2017 subarea plan have been completed, such as Town Hall façade improvements and expanded workforce housing.
