The Telluride Conference Center (TCC) opened in 1999 and has always been owned by the Town of Mountain Village. Management has shifted over the years; as of May 2024, the Town resumed direct oversight, with Cadence Hospitality managing day‑to‑day operations and A full‑time sales director under contract.

The TCC is an enterprise fund, meaning it operates financially separate from the Town’s general fund. The facility includes ~10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space—largest in the region that operates at a significant annual loss.
