Board Election

Nominations are now open for two seats on the TMVOA Board of Directors — one representing Class A Members and one representing Class C Members.

Nominations will be accepted through October 31, 2025.

With the recent adoption of TMVOA’s Amended and Restated Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, there are important updates to member eligibility that we would like to highlight.

Class A Seat

Who’s Eligible:

  • All Owners of Class A Sites
  • Class A sites are those sites that have the following zoning designations: Single-Family, Condominium, Non-Subdividable Duplex, Subdividable Duplex, Employee Apartment, Employee Condominium, Employee Dorm, Employee Single-Family, and Single-Family Common Interest Community or such other similar Zoning Designations as may be set forth in the CDC from time to time.

To be eligible to serve as a Class A Director, a candidate must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be either the fee simple Owner of a Class A Site, or the designated representative of a Class A member that is held in an entity (as authorized in writing by the owner and submitted to the Association).
  • Fractional or time-share Owners of a Class A site may also designate one representative in writing to serve if elected.

. Please be sure to include your name, email, headshot, and bio (2,000 character limit highlighting your background, experience, and reason for interest in serving on the TMVOA Board)

Class C Seat

Who’s Eligible:

  • All Owners of Class C Sites.
  • Class C Sites are all sites that do not fall under Class A or Class B and include, but are not limited to, the following zoning designations: commercial, industrial, parking, storage, civic, and open space within Mountain Village.
  • To be eligible to serve as a Class C Director, the individual must:
    • Be 18 years of age or older
    • Must be either the fee simple Owner of a Class C Site, or the designated representative of a Class C member that is held in an entity (as authorized in writing by the owner and submitted to the Association)

Please be sure to include your name, email, headshot, and bio (2,000 character limit highlighting your background, experience, and reason for interest in serving on the TMVOA Board)

Additional Notes

  • A Member may belong to more than one Class if they own sites in more than one Class.
  • All Telluride Ski & Golf LLC (TSG) and TSG-affiliated properties and votes have been removed from Classes A, B, and C and now reside entirely within Class D.
    • As a result, Class D Members cannot vote in the upcoming Class A or Class C Board elections.
