Board Election

Nominations are now closed for TMVOA's Board of Directors Election. Electronic ballots will be sent via email on November 17, 2025 via a third-party electronic election provider, Election Buddy with voting set to close on December 16, 2025 The results will be announced at the December 17, 2025 annual meeting. The meeting will be followed by a Member Social from 5:00 - 6:00 PM MST with drinks and appetizers.

There are two seats up for election and one seat up for Board appointment:

One Seat in Class A for Election

Class A Members are the owners of real property within Mountain Village that have the following zoning designations: Single-Family, Condominium, Non-Subdividable Duplex, Subdividable Duplex, Employee Apartment, Employee Condominium, Employee Dorm, Employee Single-Family, and Single-Family Common Interest Community or such other similar Zoning Designations as may be set forth in the CDC from time to time.

Class A Election Candidates (listed in alphabetical order):

One Seat in Class A for Board appointment.

A vacancy occurring in the Board of Directors by reason of the resignation or death of a Class A, B, or C Director shall be filled by the affirmative vote of the majority of the Class A, B, and C Directors then in office, though less than a quorum. This seat is currently filled by Jim Royer who will be resigning at the December 17, 2025 annual meeting. Board appointment will be made at the December 3, 2025 Board of Directors meeting for a Class A member to fill the remainder of the term which will expire at the 2026 Annual meeting. One Seat in Class C for Election

Class C Members are the owners of real property within the Telluride Mountain Village carrying a commercial, industrial, civic/commercial, or open-space zoning designation. Each Class C Site is allocated votes based on its enclosed commercial square footage—one (1) vote per 250 square feet—or fractional votes for undeveloped, storage, or parking sites, as set forth in Article IX(B)(iii) of the 2025 Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation. Membership and voting rights are appurtenant to fee-simple ownership.

Please note that there is no vote for Class B as that term will not expire until the 2026 Annual Meeting.
