At the September 15, 2008 Board meeting, the TMVOA Board approved moving forward with an operations and systems analysis for the gondola system. 

Parametrix performed several site visits and gathered data from comparable systems to perform the required scope of work and presented the first draft of the report to TMVOA staff on January 31^st.  We provided initial edits to Parametrix on February 12^th and received revisions back on February 27^th, with a final report being issued to TMVOA staff and the Gondola Committee on March 2, 2009.  The report was provided to the Town and TMVOA Board on March 13, 2009.
